About the Court

Impartial consideration in accordance with the law

The Arbitration Court operates under the Law of Ukraine “On Arbitration Courts”, its founding rules and procedural rules. Its purpose is to protect the property and non-property rights and lawful interests of individuals and legal entities.

Proceedings are based on legality, independence of arbitrators, equality of participants, the adversarial principle and the binding nature of the award.

How to apply

Submitting a dispute to arbitration

  1. Arbitration agreementInclude the recommended arbitration clause in the contract or conclude a separate arbitration agreement.
  2. Statement of claimPrepare the claim and supporting documents in accordance with the procedural rules.
  3. Arbitration feePay the fee using the specified payment details and attach proof of payment.
